This associate must take ownership of their area by sustaining the finest quality, cleanliness, and operation. The LOH Assembling Associate works in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. He/She must be self-motivated and take the initiative on daily tasks. </p></div> <div>Requirements</div> <div> <h3>Requirements:</h3> <ul> <li>Must follow the appropriate SOP’s and SSOP’s </li> <li>Unload, load, space and consolidate herbs </li> <li>Other duties as assigned </li> <li>Must have weekend availability </li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li> <strong>Education:</strong> High school diploma or GED certificate.</li> <li> <strong>Experience:</strong> 1- year experience working in a Greenhouse environment or growing organic herbs and microgreens, knowledgeable of primary organic herbs production including harvest and post-harvest.</li> <li> <strong>Language Fluency:</strong> No specific language requirements; bi-lingual English/Spanish fluency preferred.</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><u><strong>***Please note, positions are not set to start until June 2nd!***</strong></u></p> </div> </div>
