The associate in this position assembles clamshells into kits, according to customer orders. This teammate moves quickly from work station to other areas while the lines continue to operate. The teammate in this position must have strong initiative, organization skills, and communication skills. This position reports to the Packaging Supervisor. The teammate in this position must follow and understand Food Safety Compliance. Additionally, the teammate must follow direction from management as needed to meet departmental goals. </p></div> <div>Requirements</div> <div> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Production or manufacturing setting experience 2+ Years of production or manufacturing setting experience</li> <li>Bilingual, English &amp; Spanish</li> <li>Experience with Food Safety programs</li> <li>Knowledge and understanding of GMPs, HACCP &amp; Quality/Hold procedures</li> <li>Knowledge and understanding of Food Safety Policy Statement</li> </ul> </div> </div>
